Activities Report and Appendix 4C
Key highlights:
Achieved quarterly cash receipts of A$4.151m, up 32.75% on the Previous
Corresponding Period (PCP);
Unaudited operating revenues 1QFY2024 of $3.469m are up 5.60% on PCP.
Net Cash operating outflows improved 11.8% on PCP;
Raised $2,606,500 by way of the issue of convertible notes during the period.
These notes mature two years from the date of issue;
Raised a further $1,000,000 by way of the issue of convertible notes
subsequent to the period.
Energy Technologies Limited (ASX: EGY or “the Company”), a 100% owner of Bambach
Wires and Cables Pty Ltd (Bambach) which manufactures low voltage copper insulated
cables, is pleased to release its Quarterly Activities Report and Appendix 4C Quarterly Cash
Flow Report for the period ended (“1Q, FY2024”).
During the quarter, Energy Technologies Limited again recorded cash receipts more than
A$4m. While the company is buoyed by the continued growth of cash receipts, the company
continues to concentrate on increasing utilisation which, while operationally is improving due
to the addition of new factory operators and the further upskilling of existing resources, copper
supply, and more specifically tinned copper, remains tight on supply. The company has a
solution for this and has secured an exclusive supplier commencing February 2024. Despite
this, cash receipts continue to grow justifying the positive view going forward of the company.
Copper consumption by kilograms at the factory for the first quarter was 135k k/g versus 123k
k/g during the Previous Corresponding Period (PCP).
