Effective immediately, Mr Kurt Hansen will become a non-executive director of the company. Mr Hansen has a forty (40) year history spanning Technology, Cybersecurity and Defence. He has experience in public listed companies and active defence force positions encompassing roles as CEO, Managing Director and sales. His most recent role was as CEO of Tesserent Pty Ltd which was acquired under a scheme of arrangement in 2023 by Defence Contractor Thales of which Mr Hansen resigned from Thales in 2025. Alongside this, he currently holds an Australian government NV1 security clearance. The Company also advises that director Anthony Smith has resigned as a non-executive director, effective immediately.
