The unlisted options issued to directors following approval by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of EGY on 29 November 2021 are as follows:     446,238 options to Brian Jamieson (or nominee) 1,339,286 options to Anthony Lloyd Smith (or nominee) 595,238 options to Ian Alistair Campbell (or nominee) 1,041,667 options to Matthew Driscoll (or nominee) Full details of these options are contained in the Notice of Meeting to the 2021 AGM. The options were considered to be fully disclosed as well in the EGY Annual Report 30 June 2021 and 2022, however EGY acknowledges that an Appendix 3Y was required under the Listing Rules. EGY has a Corporate Governance Statement in place and firm signed agreements with directors on appointment which detail directors disclosure obligations.
