industry.
Energy Technologies Limited (ASX: EGY or “the Company”), a 100% owner of Bambach
Wires and Cables Pty Ltd (Bambach) which manufactures low voltage copper insulated
cables, is pleased to release its Quarterly Activities Report and Appendix 4C Quarterly Cash
Flow Report for the period ended 30 June 2023 (“4Q FY23”).
During the quarter, Energy Technologies Limited continued its growth of cash receipts to
A$4.75m. While the search for extra factory operators and the re-structure of workforce has
affected the utilisation of the factory, the business continues to drive growth leveraging off the
strong industry metrics. Further to that, Bambach is pleased to announce the signing of
their largest ever contract, a A$1.14m order from WA Metronet. Bambach would like to
thank NEWest Alliance for their continued support and their commitment to Australian
manufacturers. Pleasingly, net cash outflows have reduced by 76.4% to A$474k due to the
hard work of the staff through the difficult last two years.
Copper consumption by kilograms at the factory has now grown from 141k (FY20), 213k
(FY21), 434k (FY22) to 495k (FY23) demonstrating that the factory can continue to handle
large upswings in throughput despite the low utilisation of the factory.
